How do you check-in if an event is not listed under a Venue?

Answer. We at Attndit have created a generic event for all venues called "Other".  If you would like an event added to a venue, please send a message to our support team. 

How can I delete my account?

Answer. You can delete your account under you profile setting.  Once you confirm the deletion request, your account and all user generated data will be deleted after 7 days.

How do I check-in?

Answer. Navigate to the Venue you are attending and select the "ATTND IT" button.

How do I rate a venue?

Answer. Rating of a venue is done at the time of check-in. Once you select "ATTND IT" on the Venue screen, select the Event you are attending, you will have an opportunity to rate your experience across 6 different categories ( Food, Fans, Atmosphere, Features, Parking and Neighborhood)

How can I change my rating on a venue?

Answer. updating your venue rating is easy. Navigate to your profile, select ratings to show all the venues you rated. Once you find the rating, click on the "⌄" and select Edit.

How can I Bench (block) a Fan (user)?

Answer. There are a couple ways to bench a fan on Attndit. Fans are not notified when you bench them.

Bench a Fan from a Post:

  1. Select the Ellipsis on the top of the post
  2. Select Bench Fan
  3. Select how long you would like to bench the fan, 1 week of indefinitely

Bench a Fan from a Comment:

  1. Slide the comment to the left
  2. Select the comment exclamation button
  3. Select Bench Fan
  4. Select how long you would like to bench the fan, 1 week of indefinitely
How can I report a comment?

If you see comments that aren't following our Community Guidelines, you can report them. This may include comments like spam, hate speech and false information.

Report a comment:

  1. Slide the comment to the left
  2. Select the comment exclamation button
  3. Select Flag Comment
How are passpoints calculated?

Answer. Passpoints are calculated at the time of check-in.  The following point structure is used.

  • First time check-in to a venue :  5 points
  • Subsequent check-ins to a venue: 1 point
  • Special Event check-in: 10 points
  • Rating a venue: 1 point
